Christ is always enough! It’s through the gains and losses, triumphs and setbacks, that Jesus shows Himself enough for us. Suffering is not a footnote to the true meaning of our lives, but a path for actually experiencing the true meaning. When we suffer it’s because God has brought us there to show that Jesus really is of surpassing worth, that His hope is beyond all comparison that His nearness is enough. 2 Corinthians 4:7, 2 Timothy 4:17-18
When approaching God, we are to do it with both humility and confidence. How often do we forget to run to the Lord and pursue His heart in prayer? Don’t have the words? That’s ok. You don’t need perfect words. All you really need to do is come to Him, and He will translate your tears into words that He knows so well. Romans 8:26
One thing to write on your heart is God will never let us down. NEVER.
