healthy boundaries, scripture, testimony and blessing

Purpose (3/26)

Conflict can be a hard thing to be in. At least I am not a fan of it. It actually scares me and is intimidating. God calls us to be of this world but not in it, which means we ARE going to have conflict. The success of it is if we handle it like God wants us to.

Difficult people we have the tendency to steer clear of. We don’t want any “drama” or the extra energy to deal with them. This is where we get resistance, at least I hope so. God uses these difficult people to teach us His way of loving them. Instead of feeling that conflict pray. Pray for them like you would your best friend, child, spouse or family member. “Do not repay evil for evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.” -1 Peter 3:9

This is just another way the enemy distracts us. He wants us to do use on the hard part of this person and not what God could do through you for this person. We don’t know what He has called others to walk through. We all handle the pain differently.

We might all be different and do things differently but our praise is he same in Gods ears. Worthy is the Lamb.
