Are you able to forgive others no matter what happened? Last week we finished the book of Genesis, and Joseph was able to say “As far as I am concerned, God turned into good what you meant for evil. He brought me to the high position I have today so I could save lives of many people.” (Genesis 50:20)
His brothers were afraid that he would repay their evil with evil for what they did to him but instead his forgiveness was complete. Just like God forgives us when we don’t deserve it, we in return should do the same.
His trust and patience in God got him to where he was. God can overrule people’s evil intentions to bring about his intended results.
I feel this can go along with what the devil does to us as well. He means evil but God will always turn it into something good. My nerve disease has flipped my world but I am so thankful for it. I am able to help others who are suffering as well. I can show them someone who is bigger and better. Who will be there every step of the way and make you stronger. The I Am will change your life!
Is there someone you need to forgive? 🧡
