Happy Monday!
This past week was packed full of summer fun and work which caused me to be in pain again. My ankle has been swelling which causes even more pain. I am transitioning off one of my meds for bedtime and that has caused a little unknownness to my body.
The higher dose of CBD oil seems to be helping better. I’m also seeing results from using the cream. Once my body relaxes I think I will be in better shape.
The pain has made me feel sick too. I know Gods got me though! I will come out on top like I always do because of Him. I’m telling you, if you struggle with anything at all, you need Jesus. You can’t do it on your own. Don’t even try! Just let go and let God. There is so much freedom in the light.
Today we dig into Ephesians chapter 4. The first section is about how God uses us all to help further the kingdom. He has given each of us special gifts. They are not all alike. You may think your gift is small but trust me it’s not at all. Each piece makes up His body. He planned for even those “small” ones to work together with the “big” ones.
Ephesians 4:16 Under His direction, the whole body is fitted together perfectly. As each part does it’s own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy, and growing, and full of love. (NLT)
I really love this verse. It shows the importance of having your church family. A group of believers, rooting for each other every step of the way. For when you stumble (and we all do) the others are there to pick you back up. We keep each other on the right path.
I don’t know how I would do this life without my circle of Christ followers. We are all there trying to be a little more like Christ every day. Do we struggle? Yes of course! There is evil in this world. Do we let one of us sit in that sin alone? NO!! We are there helping them find their way back to God.
This is what He wants for us. All working together to share the Good News. I find being honest brings more to the light. They see we are just like them, broken, but there is someone so much better that we are in communion with that brings the joy back.
Let’s work each of our gifts together and share the Good News of God to others!!
